A Personal Seat License (PSL) gives you the right to buy tickets for certain seats in the stadium for Jets home games. When you purchase a PSL for certain seats in the new Jets Stadium, you also are purchasing a Club Seat License, which includes your rights and obligations relating to your season tickets and other benefits. The PSL Agreement and the Coaches Club License Agreement are binding contracts between you and Jets Stadium Development, LLC. Please review both agreements, which include all the terms and conditions applicable to PSLs and Club Seats.

The Coaches Club combines the best seats in sports – on the sideline around the 50-yard line – with access usually reserved for coaches and players. Club guests will be able to stand on the field and watch the game, five yards off the Jets bench, or step inside to a private 20,000 square foot bar and lounge designed by Nobu architect David Rockwell. In addition to complimentary food and beverage, Club licensees receive free VIP parking adjacent to the stadium and can buy tickets to other events when available to Jets Stadium Development, LLC.

PSLs are transferrable. However, before and during the first season in the new stadium, you can transfer your PSL to immediate family members only. Once the first season ends, your PSL is transferrable to non-family members as well. Transfers are allowed only once per year and you must comply with transfer procedures that the Jets will establish from time to time (which may include certain fees). Jets Stadium Development, LLC may withhold consent to a transfer if there is a good reason for doing so.

Your Coaches Club PSL will be good for as long as the Jets play in their new stadium in its current configuration.

You can pay for your PSL all at once, or you can pay for it over time by making a deposit equal to 20% of your total winning bid. You’ll then pay the remainder of your balance in five equal installments at an interest rate of 6.5% or fifteen equal installments at an interest rate of 8%.

If you default on your obligations under the PSL Agreement or Club Seat Agreements, Jets Stadium Development, LLC will have the rights listed in the default provisions of those agreements, which include forfeiture of your PSL and all monies you have paid for that PSL up to that point. This means you will no longer have the right to buy season tickets for those seats for that season or any future season. Jets Stadium Development, LLC then will have the right to resell your PSL with no obligation to you as the former PSL holder.

Yes, we will have a system for PSL holders to buy tickets to other stadium events, to the extent available to Jets Stadium Development, LLC and subject to the policies of the act or event. Details for this system will be available at a later date. All policies that relate to the new Jets stadium are subject to change.
