Some PSLs in the new Jets Stadium are for Club Seats, in which case purchasing a PSL also means agreeing to and entering into a Club Seat Agreement. That Agreement sets the price of your tickets during the term of the Club Seat Agreement — currently anticipated to be $700 per ticket/$7,000 per season — which you must purchase each year to maintain your PSL and Club Seat rights. The Club Seat Agreement also includes other provisions governing your rights and obligations as a club seat licensee, such as the right to use the Coaches Club and all its amenities, including the on-field deck behind the New York Jets bench, a 20,000 square foot football lounge, food and non-alcoholic beverages, a view of the Jets players going in and out of the locker room area, exclusive in-person viewing of the Head Coach’s post-game press conference, and other things.

PSL Fees may be paid up front or in installments over the course of five or fifteen years. For the installment payment plan, the Initial Deposit will be twenty percent of the PSL Fee with the balance due in five or fifteen equal annual installments (including interest 6.5% for the five year plan and 8% for the fifteen year plan, in each case compounded annually on the outstanding balance).

PSL rights last for as long as the New York Jets play at the new stadium in its current configuration, unless there is a breach of the PSL terms or the Club Seat Agreement (download), which would result in forfeiture of the PSL and any PSL fees paid up to that point, in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Jets.

Unlike standard season ticket accounts, PSLs are transferable, subject to the following: except to immediate family members, no transfers are allowed before the end of the first season the New York Jets play at the new stadium; transfers are allowed only once per year; transfers require payment of a per-seat processing fee; the transferor’s account must be in good standing; certain documentation is required to transfer the PSL on the Jets books; and the Jets may withhold consent to a transfer if there is a good reason for doing so.
